ArhivEl is an electronic archive automated software system. ArhivEl is a software which makes possible to convert paper archive to paperless electronic archive, providing compact and safe document archiving process and simple and fast search engine. ArhivEl can work within intranet i internet environment.
ArhivEL connects all documents into a unique whole - electronic archive, which is always available and easily searchable. After converting into a digital form, documents can be found through the advanced search engine. User can search the database by keywords or metadata attached to a stored document. User rights are controled by the software internally, which controls access to the specified groups of documents.
ArhivEl uses a wide variety of modern technologies embedded into a unique system.

ArhivEl follows the life-cycle of a document, starting with the scanning process to the moment when a document gets stored in a database.
